An OC pony gets quite a jolt she wasn't expecting. The card's info says: Sudden Burst of Energy Equip Spell Equip only to a "My Chubbier Pony" or "My Chubbiest Pony" monster you control. It can attack while in Defense Position. If it does, treat its DEF as its ATK during the Damage Step but its effects are negated at that time. Rainbow Rare
