I'm sure she'd feel a lot cooler if she took off that heavy-looking shirt!  A full-body buzzcut might aid in that as well, but she might become the butt of a few jokes by doing that.

She'll keep that hoodie on as long as she can stand it XD

oh man walk in freezers are the best ;;v; my first job had them, and in florida that was just a treat!

I worked in the seafood department at a high end supermarket. Our walk-in fridge was held at near freezing to keep the seafood fresh just a little bit longer. Felt really good to walk into during those hot and humid days.

I work inventory, and I get to see lots of grocery store freezers and coolers. And lots of stifling stock rooms...

I know I've seen lightweight shirts with hoods (think T-shirt material) somewhere, but I can't think of where. That would be a lot more comfortable than a heavy hoodie in summertime.

And I can agree with walk-in freezers, but it depends on the store and if someone leaves the door open...
