Vaar is a very laid-back individual as in it can sometimes be ridiculous how laid back he is. He doesn't like thinking about the future too much. He's flexible, a little over-indulgent but outgoing, enthusiastic an excellent peacemaker. To those he's close to he's warm and caring. Likes hugs because he's nice and squishy.

I've been going through OC's and ridding myself of some and trying to cut down (I just LOVE making them but I don't always have enough ideas to share among them... So they get wasted :/ ) BUT I decided to go back to a idea/concept I started out with when making OC's.
Making one for each theme. ETC I have one taur, one naga, one insect etc.

So this is Vaar who fills the merman theme. He's a Obese Dragonfish merman.
