Personality
Mostly quiet observer and heavy thinker. Cannot trust anybody before getting to know them better. Pessimism keeps him pretty reserved and some might even say ignorant, but he will get the job done, no matter what it takes.

Likes: His job, trustworthy people, Justice being served, tinkering with electronics and machinery, pretty girls, spicy food, rock music, DnB, comfortable pair of pants.
Dislikes: Liars, slackers, injustice, paperwork, pop-music, mushrooms, mockery of his fashion sense
Background/History
He was born to a family of five, as the second youngest son. As he grew, his quick learning skills were noticed as well as his patience and skills with hands. His studies took him towards Electrician and Robotics and he passed with good grades. He found work on a Water plant that provided a lot of energy, he signed up as Security Officer and Engineer.
His career lasted for about 3 years before unfortunate events left the plant nonoperational and had to be shut down. One of the Generators had malfunctioned, exploded and damaging alot of the devices and causing a massive fire, which destroyed 3/4th of the facility.
He joined the army for awhile and his exceptional skill with marksman weaponry gave him the opportunity to advanced training of a sharpshooter. He passed the initiation with flying colors and his patience made him an exceptional candidate. His lack of social skills however didn't earn him any notoriety and left him work as a loner.
As his service ended, he was a trained professional Sniper. It was there and then he decided to try help those in need and see the justice done accordingly. He became a vigilante Mercenary, working for money and seeing the wrongdoings corrected and criminals punished. Authorities however, didn't like this rogue Dragon and his interception as a "Vigilante Superhero". He worked from within the law, so officers were helpless of bringing him in.
Donning his old Long jacket and custom-made tactical Gasmask and a Power Gauntlet, he became a self-entitled law-enforcer who didn't do it for money alone. He did it, because he felt it was right thing to do.
