Overall, he has very little respect for others and always tries to put himself first.
Personality
He has a warped set of morals. Though his childhood was ripped from him, he has no qualms about doing the same to other kids. He does have a sort of test he runs kids through before he decides to steal them away: he'll normally drop a hundred dollar bill or his high end cell phone in front of a kid discreetly. If the child gives the expensive item back to him, the child gets to go on with their lives. If the child tries to get away with stealing the item, Peter will then follow and kidnap them.

Background/History
Sold into the sex trade as a child, he never had much of a childhood. After being tossed aside for aging, Peter chose to stay in the game and become a trafficker himself.
