Getting down to brass tacks and showing the chords and melody behind all the electronica tropes.
The part with the high concentration of notes at about 0:58 was going to be in the "original" version, it got cut but was able to come across clearer like this. I was thinking about making the whole thing slower and giving it a more somber feel, but I think I do enough mood music to justify not going out of my way to make a happier piece turn into that.
I am pleased with the ending. For a little while it was just fade out after a couple moments of that 0:58 segment. I eventually made a way to come back around to the main theme and closed with a variation of the opening. It works. More satisfying to me than a fade out.
