First off, yes that is the design for Foreign creature but is not meant to be the same character, I just liked the design.

Story: Meet Seifer, a guy with no memory of his past but contains extraordinary strength and speed. Alone in the world he's is befriended by Judy, a bunny cop from the city of Zootopia and her partner Nick, a wise cracking fox. As weird stuff starts happening Seifer decides to become a detective and help solve bizarre criminal cases of murder, kidnapping, and the supernatural.
