Enforcer pilot Rodrigez is one of the recruits to T-Bone and Razor's newly formed "Radical Squadron," a joint SWAT Kat-Enforcer task force dedicated to protecting Megakat City by merging Enforcer training and SWAT Kat technology. He's one of the most promising young pilots the program has seen since its creation. He looks up to T-Bone and sees him as a model to pattern himself after. Like all Radical Squadron pilots, Rodrigez is extensively trained by T-Bone in piloting and Razor in weaponry, and by both in various hand to hand combat techniques; he in turn instructs other recruits, and they see him as an unofficial leader and big brother.
