If only he could just reach them to absorb the electricity flowing through them. He probably could if he tried, but he chooses to be grumpy instead. Researches are unsure as to why, but popular theory suggests that he's just waiting until everyone is gone... or maybe he has something more sinister up his mind. Hard to tell.
Massive thanks to a friend of mine for helping me edit the picture to my character's colours after the artist failed to respond to my notes.
