Parker was playing a game of Water Balloons with some of his friends. Parker wasn't doing too well, so he turned to a devious tactic. Going over to a hose, he inserted it into his pelenka and started filling it up. He planned to wait for someone to walk under the tree he would hide in and he would slam diaper first down on them.

I wanted to experiment with different colors for Leon and Parker. The main reason for this is because they can't wear black diapers because their scales are already black. And we all know how cool black diapers are. Also, the Symbol on the front of his diaper is meant to be the Titans Symbol from Zeta Gundam.
