This was discussed about 2 weeks ago on Krezz's Streaming Chat and I drew up what Laura's little would look like if she had one. Many stated that she was a cutie. She should be, she is based on Edna - I'll admit! Actually she is based on Edna, Lucy and Laura. We also discussed a name for her, which I forgot what was agreed on! (LOL!) {EDIT: Her name it Lily.}
I aged up Laura a couple of years into her young teens at around 13, her sister would be the same age as Edna was (fourth grade I think, around 9. This would make the sister about 2 years younger than Edna as right about now in this point in time Edna would be about 11. Of course, I'm guessing as to how old the characters really are!
So now with what little time I had per day since then I drew them together in a St Love Joy setting. Hope you all like it. Especially

That would depend on the individual. Pouncefield (the city) and St. Lovejoy's (the school) does have a very strict anti-rape laws, protecting those who would be shy, timid, or disinterested in such activities. "No." means "NO!!!" and it is highly enforced. I feel sorry for anyone accused of unlawful sexual activity, as there is a very hard punishment as a consequence. So Luara's little sister is protected.
As is there are three schools in Poucefield: St. Lovejoy's Academy, Green Hills Academy (both are canon) and Columbus Academy (my OC creation). There are other schools and even colleges/universities in Pouncefeild but they are unknown at the time of this writing. Pouncefield is a large city by area but small by population and houses per square mile/km. There is a Downtown area with business centers, art centers and skyscrapers.but that is rarely seen.
