OK so it's really the description writing that puts me off of posting things in a reasonable amount of time, so I'm gonna try to be short with this. >.> This's Mishiko Hitoare as a Malgraan, a species created by

darkmark as part of the Star Insignia universe. Star Insignia is kind of like Fire Emblem In Space. XP But instead of playing humanoid characters, the main "good guy" race is quadruped (and the Balloh are even more exotic =P). But yeah, basically just a different version of Mishiko for use in the Star Insignia game. I made Malgraan versions of the entire Hitoare family, actually. |P

EDIT: Forgot to actually say what's going on in the picture, derp. Malgraan use fur dyes to get their different colors, so here we have Mishiko touching up her rather complicated dye job. Specifically, she's working on the gold specks on her back, which are always a pain, especially for a quadruped, hence the big mirror she's using.
