Character Sheet for Hoa of Vietnam (pronounced: H-wah)
Character Description
Hoa is the newest recruit to the Eggman Empire, along side the other dozen Egg Bosses who work by Eggman's side. He joined the Egg Army in order to protect his endangered allies and mobians of Vietnam which he rules.
Personality
Hoa's a very cold, stern feline who rarely shows facial expressions other than a blank stare, a smug grin and if you anger him you'll see the rare rage. He could be considered very bitchy if you get on his bad side, always one step ahead and looks down on those who he views as underlings. He has a strong sense in laws and rules, hating those who break the obviously told rules.
Once you get close to his good side, Hoa is a very respectable ally. Very skilled in strategizing and knowing just how to win a fight. When it comes to romance, Hoa has a flirty, dominate side. Willing to tease and embarrass the one he likes without any hesitation. Most of the time he's aloof and difficult to read what he's thinking.

Background/History
Hoa is considered royalty among his mobians, given a crown and gem to show his status. While not born of royal blood, he was crowned the ruler as one who could take command during desperate time of need such as war. In Vietnam's time of crisis, Hoa took control in order to keep everyone safe. It wasn't until things started to get hectic thanks to Sonic and the freedom fighters, G.U.N and the Egg Army effected his land.
In order to keep them safe in a tough deal, the whole country is now under the Eggman Empire's order to remain safe. It soon became obvious to Hoa that the ruler himself, Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik had romantic feelings for the feline. Taking interest as well, Hoa now has a fun flirty time with the man he's working under.
World/Setting
In the world of Mobius, Hoa rules the small country of Vietnam not far from Yurashia that has been forgotten throughout the world. Every mobian species in the land is considered endangered and at risk of being gone forever thanks to war, the humans and the struggle of being a small land.
Body
The first thing you will notice about Hoa are his huge hips and thighs, a trait which he feels very confident of and will sway them about to get his way. His fur is a silky coat of brown with darker marble spot patterns all over his body. Two on his face which are heart shaped. Along with having huge thighs, his torso is very small and tight at his stomach thanks to Ivo's cybernetics. Along with that, his arms are entirely robotic, sharp claw-like blades that can seep of poison. His bright yellow cybernetic eyes allow him to have perfect aim and precision.
Another strong trait of the feline is his long fluffy tail, which allows him to keep balance when it's erect. Being a marbled cat, his body is very flexible and able to react fast. He keeps his long hair up in a bun, showing off those spots more.
Clothing
With the given uniform like all Egg Bosses get, Hoa has a long egg-dress that exposes his huge thighs and hips. The long sleeves show more tradition to his roots of Vietnam. On the rim of the dress are flower sewn in, as reference to his name meaning 'Flower'. He wears the given thigh high boots Ivo often gives to his Egg Bosses.
Accessories
A bright red gem on the middle of his forehead, which all royal felines are given to show their status as the brains of the region. Alongside a crown-like hair clip that keeps his long hair up in a bun.
