The villain from the unfinished SWAT Kats episode Succubus! (also known as "The Curse of Kataluna"). Katrina, seen here with her beloved pet ferret which she often wears as a fashion accessory, is in reality an evil succubus with her sights set on seducing Commander Feral and completely draining his youth.
When the series was cancelled before Succubus! could be completed, writer Glenn Leopold would later recycle its basic plot and characters for Eclipse, an episode of Hanna-Barbera's later The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest, wherein Katrina was renamed Elise Lenoir, and again for the movie Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island, where the character was renamed a third time to become Simone Lenoir. Anyone who's seen those knows what Elise and Simone look like, but Katrina (until concept art and/or model sheets appear) exists as simply words on a script page, so I figured I'd have a go at doodling her. I think she ended up looking kinda like a young Laura Linney.
