I'll copy and paste more info on him from FA for now:
So, um....I'm still figuring out a background story for him, but I do have at least some vague idea I might stick with. Which is the fact that he was an experiment made by Team Rocket (or some organization I may make up; though, I like Team Rocket...) to create a multiple element Pokemon of more then just 2 elements made through gene splicing. He's kinda (not entirely) like a pokemon version of my actual persona if he were in the Pokemon universe...in a way.
Anyways, he does escape from team rocket somehow and ends up with a trainer. I'm not exactly sure how yet. I will think of something though.
He has a somewhat impish personality though he can be a huge grouch at times. He also has his serious moments. He loves scaring people and pulling pranks on them, just for fun. He does have a big temper, though it mostly depends on the subject matter or situation in order to piss him off real bad. He's usually lax about most things though. Even though he does pull pranks and such, he is a pretty quiet one. Isn't much with words, though he can communicate telepathically. He is also a loner. And I should have listed the other scarfs he wears. I'll list them below...=A=;;;
Anywho, he loves spicy foods. Sometimes bitter and sour foods too, but mostly spicy. He is a bit misanthropic, and tends to avoid human contact as much as possible. This tends to cause conflicts with him and his trainer. The two tend to butt heads a lot of the time, but work well together in battle. Both are very stubborn sorts too. The reason why he is this way is because of how he was treated when he was in Team Rocket's hands. >_>;;;;;
He's not very easy to get along with. He does get along a with other pokemon a little better then humans though.
Saiori is also a bit of a fashion freak and tends to favor the more..'gothic' fashions the most. I do plan on giving him some more accessories that are along those lines in the future. He also loves art and enjoys a good book every now and then.
As for his abilities, I'm still planning out some of his attacks though I do know that he has the ability, Levitate, and the attacks; Shadowball, Psychic, Dark Pulse, and Extrasensory ('cuz those diamonds on his head and chest and stomach are also eyes.) I may add Shadow Claw and Dragon Pulse and Poison Jab or Fang too...still thinking. ( I love these attacks. D8;;;) He's having more then 4 moves like the anime...I think they use more then four in that anyway. I know Pokemon Adventures does.
The scarfs He has are red, yellow, and green.
Alot of what I described about his personality is alot like me in real life, with the exception of being shy...and I'm only misanthropic to a certain point. Not completely.

Whenever he attacks using shadow ball, psychic or extrasensory, his wings grow larger. They also get bigger if he's trying to intimidate someone, or when he's flying.
