I do not understand the cause of the deadly clash.
What I DO understand is that the gashes make me think of the gash in my right hand (now almost healed after 3 weeks) that bled like a stuck pig !

Turtlepelt broke Hornetsoul's heart and abandoned her so she killed him for revenge. After she killed him she went insane.
