Another dump o' sketches, this time being characters from an embryonic story idea involving the backstory of Professor Hackle and the European nation of his birth. So here's doodles of the country's king, chancellor, members of its military as well as its (naturally) incompetent spies (based on the ones from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang).
