The computer-generated organism the Tachigamimon is the ancestor of all the digimon species in the digital world.
That sword suggests the terrible sword wielded by Pyramid Head the head Boss of Silent Hill.

She's based off the version of Tachigami seen in the videogame Okami; that version wielded the same very large sword that she's holding.
