Do you mean the original How the Grinch Stole Christmas?

I actually ment the way Roddie was drawn X3

Oh, yeah. I do tend to draw him better, and stick to one design; unlike TTA. His design was so inconsistent in the show; the animators were so lazy with him that he ended up having three different colors of fur (red, black, and brown!)

Rhubella got the same treatment as Roddy (it seems if the character doesn't appear often, they think they're allowed to be lazy with the designs); her design was pretty inconsistent (and sometimes rather ugly,) but at least her multiple fur colors weren't as contrasted as Roddy's.

In later years they fixed that, like LPS for example and their Steve Cobra character... or Wiggles McSunbeam where all features from teeth to eye color to claws are down to the T... unlike previous shows of the past.

That doesn't mean there aren't a few animation goofs now and then. Of course, they aren't as severe as they were in TTA.

Yeah that era didn't keep up with character detail as they do now... But at least in this generation there are very few goof ups, true fans will notice them but yeah their rarer then they were back in the TTA/Animaniacs days

Animation was quite a bit harder back then too, but it was also when it was very good. Cartoons these days seem to opt for flash rather than hand-drawn animation. They also don't seem to put as much detail into them (like shading, and beautiful backgrounds.)

I really would like to see shows with animation and details as good as in old shows like TTA (when it wasn't goofing up) and Animaniacs, and not the cheaper-looking, low-detail, and rather ugly animation seen in today's shows, like Clarence. The only show I can think of that had that older-looking quality of animation is Over the Garden Wall, which had an animation style similar to Adventure Time, but used shading frequently, and had some truly breathtaking backgrounds. Too bad it was only a mini-series...
