Butter was feeling sad, being the only one if the family still wearing diapers. Peanut and Jelly decided to cheer her up by putting on diapers of their own; and I think it's working!
They're from an old show called PB&J Otter. It used to air (and premiered on) Playhouse Disney, and more recently aired on Disney Junior. I dunno if it still airs on Disney Junior, though (especially since they hardly aired it anyways.)
