A character who was a parody of actress and comedian Julie Brown (who was also Julie Bruin's voice actor!) Her only appearance is in the episode 'Tiny Toons Music Television', starring in the minute-long 'Just Say Julie Bruin' short, and she also appeared as a cameo in a later segment.

It's amazing that they could put a character with so much... cleavage, in a kids show back then; and this was before the equally sexy Minerva Mink (of Animaniacs fame) was concieved.
