"The Lightning Phantom of the Dusk"

Metal Sonic was originally created as a entertainment robot for children. He was created by Dr. Ivo Robotnik. He was later disappeared and remodified for combat as an electric variant. He equipped a personality chip from the past Sonic the Hedgehog and it is now fully aware to everything. Metal Sonic has the power of lightning, to match its speed and velocity without reaching his limit. He doesn't care if its winning or losing, only thing he wants was to complete its purpose.

Fun Fact: There was some reports from witnesses about a demon who steals machinery from other faculties. Although, this may be a bit insulting to this wizard, especially he never did those things. Good thing that she didn't installed some audio ear receivers before that. NOTE: Don't tell him that, he's slightly insecure.

Metal Sonic's design is a bit more of a mechanical wizard who uses electricity to fool people. Of course, Sonic and the Steel of Darkness has a steampunk vibe to it. Tell me what you think about him.
