, and I'm always so impressed by their coloring works, I decided that after 7 years, to pick up the...*sighs* ...Mouse...and get back into trying. So this is my first attempt, hopefully of many to come. I really do want to get better at this.

Hopefully soon, 10 year old Wacom Bamboo Fun colors, too.

Do I? I quit for almost the last 7 years because I thought my stuff was bunk. XD I'll keep at it. Doing flats is pretty fun. I just need some tutorials on shading and depth, really.

They really help, what's the secret when you start out is copying then later on.. repetition. The more you practice art the better you become x3

Heh !! Couldn't click this till now but yeah like Jeffy said get yourself a tablet  (wacom) and just stick too it.

But I recommend also giving a photoshop and corel painter books a look they can teach you so much about lighting and the programs  themselves and who knows what they might inspire x3
