Little Harold is my first rugrats oc that arrived on DeviantArt on October 25, 2015 although it was created by me on October 23, 2015, inspired by the rugrats character, Tommy Pickles.
 
Harold’s outfit (Just like Tommy’s) consists of a purple shirt that shows his belly-button, and wears a black diaper with yellow straps on it, and he has orange hair.
