i decided to make a pokemon oc of the new pokemon and i like this new legendary alot it remind me of alot like Dracula hence why i dress it in a suit and cape =w=.i waiting on Nintendo and gamefreak to come with new info about these mons.i have a backstory for him to but it still WIP he is't evil and can turn other pokemon with hypnosis(with few exceptions ) into cosmic and suited version of them self and still have there free will.
