Here is my first submission on this website!
This is Shadow the Hedgehog and Darius from the amazing fan fiction 'The Crimson Affair' and it's Daradow Spin offs done by shadrouge291

I spent so many weeks working on this picture during my free time in-between university work and my social life. I have not spent this much time on a drawing like this in a really long time, so I am really happy that I got inspired to draw again! ^w^

In this drawing you can see Shadow resting on Darius' lap on their couch, and having a drink near their open fire.

Something that I liked about this was that instead of just going straight into drawing this, I did a rough outline of everything I wanted to do. Which helped inspire me to actually bother drawing a background and add things to the background that I think you might expect in the hedgehog manor.

I used shadrouge291 drawings of these two for reference on how they should look which was really helpful =D Anyway I hope you like it!

Yes I'm so glad I was able to finally finish this, I finished my main big project for university yesterday so I celebrated by spending the rest of the day finally finishing this drawing XD
Now I need to draw or write something else, but I'm not sure what yet ^__^

Yeah so now I have a lot more free time which is great =D but I still have a bit of work left to do before I properly finish university for the year ^-^ I think my big project which was making a horror video game that we handed in went quite well I'm proud of it =P
I've already started doing some sketches, but I will have to think a little more about what I could possible write about ^w^

Yeah the game is short dark and story focused I'm quite happy with how it turned out =D I did all the animations for the game along with some of the 3D models, I had to animate a lot of ghosts haha XD
I'm going to try and challenge myself with writing, I have all these ideas in my head but I always end up having trouble writing it the way I wanted to in my head D: I need to practice with short stories first I think =3

Haha well it's a lot of work and it took me ages to learn the software Maya to be able to animate and model but it was worth it XD
I may get some screen shots of the game to show you if you want ^w^
Yes definitely, I always felt that for years I did not really challenge myself often and only did what I knew I felt comfortable with, I'm going to try and change that ^^

It's always the safest way to stick with what one is the most comfortable with, but I, too, believe that challenging yourself helps you forward. ^^

Cool I will take some screenshots of the game for you on Monday then =P there is a video walkthrough we did of the game but the quality of the video is terrible. But I do have the box art we did for the game which does have some screenshots of the game so I can send that to you somehow ^w^

I'm reading lots of wonderful fan fiction now for inspiration >////< so I am having a few ideas, I'm curious about writing a lemon because I've always been too scared to write one but I would like to try X3

I've already started writing the lemon, once I'm done with it I will post it on here, don't worry Shadow is definitely going to be uke and Sonic will be seme of course ^w^ hopefully it will turn out well!

I fangirled so much upon seeing this in DA and seeing this on inkbunny certainly made those fangirl squeals grow louder!! X3 Once again words couldn't describe how happy I am to see this amazing fanart of yours!! >/////< You really did a great job drawing Shadow and Darius so much! >////< I just love their pose so much and how detailed this is!! >////< It looks like D and Shads are content with just each other before the fireplace! Also I'm glad you saw this picture on here too because I swear the quality of this picture is slightly better on this website for some reason X3

Eeeck I really would love it if you did write that Daradow story because I love them so much! I fangirl so much whenever you write Daradow or draw them together they are just amazing together >///< I love it!! I'm definitely going to draw more Daradow in the future!! >w<
