I am pretty interested and hyped about this. I have viewed Akuma's version of DWB and liked the alternative costuming Gos designed for herself, so I am a little curious about this version's storyline. Will it be similar, will it be different? Besides Negaduck, are there any of the original Darkwing's old villains still alive?

I have only seen little of Akuma's 'Darkwing Beyond' comic-- only seeing it after people kept bringing it up. But besides a few points, I think they aren't really all that similar. Pretty much both are about Gosalyn taking up the mantel after tragedy striking, but our series will be centered around Gos in high school. Think 'Kim Possible' meets 'Darkwing Duck'. I will say that there will be old villains, as well as new ones.
