Using his Memories, Casper can manifest ghost like beings that are capable of carrying out his will in various ways. such as finishing puzzles or even using raw materials such as wood and stone to create golem bodies to move around in. These phantoms tend to be made of nice memories, however Casper can tap into bad memories even Nightmares to create twisted ones. These things hardly listen to Casper unless he forces his will onto them and even then they mostly will break free. He doesn't using this ability often but when he does, it means he's angry.

just an idea i've had on my mind for a while now while i had done the drawing during the weekend of Captain America Civil War. anyway enjoy!

Casper is a skilled magician indeed if he does this. Nearest I can think in my list of referenced spells (ranging from mere domestic household ones to cosmic !) is "Day into Dreams" and its counterspell where objects or persons can be projected into dreams, or pulled out of them. Think of the coins, books, phonograph records I dreamed of -and awoke empty-handed ! Amy Gdala has mastered this magic.

In my old cartooning stories, Dupli-Kate can created doops of herself to do certain tasks while she does something else or just goofs off. They have no powers and only the memory needed to do what they are instructed to do. Why give a doop your full memory just to mow the lawn ? They only last 11 hours unless killed or recalled. She can create up to 5 at a time. A story arc involved major disturbances in this power. It may have finished when I stopped cartooning 20 years ago.
