Ha! Seems someone has undertale on the mind. Think chara infected Pinkamena. Either that or a chara infected Frisk with those eyes.

frisks constnalty seemingly 'closed' eyes are an old trope there are a number of charicters in anime that do that trick, brock from pokemon for one, the main charicter of blood block bregade for another [though he has a legitmate reason for keeping his eyes mostly closed.]

True, though the knife does resemble the "true knife" found in undertale so when I saw the two together it seemed like a logical conclusion.
