Predictably, I love Grendel in this one. She's such a good, unique flavor of creepy. I like the mild hair flip going on. It's almost girlishly cute, but then you remember she's literally a murder machine. Also it's good to have another Jacent body reference!

I've always loved that Grendel seems like she has that Lex Luthor esque murder-attraction to Jacent, rather than making her relatable like a normal emotion would, it only serves to make her all the creepier, which suits her just fine.
Even if, y'know, I'm all for monsters being characterized as people, since Kyre is basically an undying cosmic horror that just happens to have the luck to look like a sweet kid/sultry femboy.
