Yeah, I finally got this request done! It was requested to me by Dragonzoomer on DeviantArt for his character Li-Li. Sadly...it took WAY too long for me to get done. I had plans to shade it in a way I thought would look good, but that backfired so here's the flat version!

Just glad Dragonzoomer liked the final result, and I hope you guys and girls do too!
