M4X-Q7 max
name: kirk
model: Q8 prototype
line: Q-series
type: astromech
creator: tony goad
base diameter: 1 meter
head diameter: 1.25 meter
computer system: bionural processing core by leytan electronics.
main data storage drive: the crystal drive by Kristina enterprises.
personality: young, curious, very protective of his friends, eager to learn, loves to invent things, and loves to play games.
main parts: high grade custom repulserlift engines, back up locomotion unit, scomp connector, flexible mechanical tool arms, liquid metal multi connector, adaptive programming translator, crystal data core, bionural droid brain, transforming multi tool tips, standard grabber claws, standard holoprojector, military grade shield emitter on top of the head based on gungan design, long range coms system, and multi function sensor nodes and radar eye.

back story: hearing about the Q7 line and all the problems they had i though i'd try and take a crack at making the next model myself, studying the Q7 droids i salvaged and rescued and finding ways to improve their design. taking notes and finding unique ways to improve them and had to buy and off the shelf droid brain from leytan electronics, luckily they were pretty cheep compared to other brands and much more powerful. this allowed kirk to develop like a human and was almost human in many ways, and once I bought a crystal data drive from a partner company to leytan electronics he was able to hold enough data to rival the best hard drive in any galaxy. so far he's unpainted but eventually i'll let him pick the colors he wants. And wile most people would just treat him like a machine, i kinda see him as my son sense i built him.

all star wars garb belong to Lucas arts.

this model of droid belongs to me.

based on an unknown droid in the back ground of the great heap episode of star wars droids, it is unknown if the droid in said video has a name or is a character or if any one cares i based my design on him.
