The second sketch I got in MFF last year was a very unexpected gift!
I saw timweeks sitting in the artist alley all by himself, drawing and selling merchandise from his very cute comic Savestate, that you should definetly go and check out!
I greeted him. He looked like a very shy, but also very adorable guy to me. I told him I loved his comic, and asked if he'd draw in my sketchbook and what was the price. He said he didn't want to charge anything, so I got as much merchandise I could from his spot in return! A very kind gesture that I appreciated a lot. He's a very good artist and he could be making lots if he wanted to, I'm sure!
But I guess some artists just want to do their thing, which is very respectable as well! but as you can see, it's not lack of talent :D Go watch his stuff on FA!
