Oh I am so witty.
Tiara was, for those not in the know, created by Christian Senn for the (canceled) game that was (among other things) project named Sonic Xtreme. This is a mix of outfits and looks she's had in drafts. I've also taken artistic license with her powers; she was only ever suggested (in the draft for "Sonic (on) Mars" to have the ability to hover in a sort of electron cloud. But the leap to lightning channeling isn't that big of a fictive stretch, I hope. I like to think she uses that cane for something since Senn seemed to always draw her with it. And if she could travel by lightning (like teleportation) for short distances, it'd give her the speed needed to be the rival to Sonic she was supposed to be (at least according to that draft).
