It seems Kyle got "his" new swim trunks on, and is ready to get inside the pool...

As for Gus, when he tryied to get Kyle to talk about the backpack swap, he got stopped by one of teh safeguards, who told him one of the swimming pool rules... only swim suits from that point on...
