Looks like I have a likeness for this villain from Archie Comic's Sonic the Hedgehog, he has a nice inflated belly, a very well, clean and elegant suit, and that evil look that means trouble for Sonic, Tails and their gang.

All the balloons are Cattex CX-19 supposed to inflate 19"~48cms, but they don't inflate that size (similar to what happens with the Cattex 32-80) so they're usually inflated at 16"~17"

Let's hope Ken Penders is not going to sue me for "using a character copyrighted by him"
