You ask me of this little town
In Northwestern PA
You wonder what the place is like
And if it’s worth the stay
The industries are shutting down
As people move away
The ignorance is left behind
And trapped in disarray
The people are not friendly
In any sort of way
Especially to colored folks
And anyone that’s gay
If ever you need things to buy
In any sort of store
You'll have to travel on the road
100 kilos more
The children pack up all their dreams
And move away from here
They leave behind no sympathy
They only disappear
Gone the opportunity
And all it would create
Far away lies destiny
And hopes for something great
If you’re a person that does care
For those who aren’t you
This place will never give you joy
It’s better to pass through
But if you have a hateful heart
And keep a mind that’s closed
I know you will feel right at home
With other trash disposed
