For example
- my_little_pony
instead of
- my
- little
- pony
although §pony§ is perfectly valid on its own.

I mean you have many separate keywords although some should be concatenable like above into a single keyword.

I don't know if we see different things here, but I didn't wrote "my", "little", "pony" all separated, I wrote only "mlp" with a single keyword.. then I added the word "pony" to separate the two things. Anyway that's my choice, I don't see any mess in it. Someone can add as many keywords they want.
But maybe you don't know that when you submit a work in your gallery you see this in the submission process http://sta.sh/0p2s6x7g7dd
