prologue
"In a land far away, among time and space, was a planet which was empty and pale. On this planet was a vast land, covered by mountains and water, deep below the sea. Suddenly, the god of the planet demanded the land to rise, high above the water and with it a few isl-"
"MOOOM. This story is old. I wanna hear another story of adventure an-"
"Now now my son. This story is filled with adventure. Adventure... And death. The land rose, with islands around it while the god demanded there to grow forests. The seas was already full of life, but the god deemed the beings too stupid to evolve and thus created its own creatures.
What the god didnt know, was that the creatures in the sea developed fast, faster than they had ever imagined. And it didn't take long before other gods appeared, some good... and others evil. The god decided that it would create a land of peace and harmony, and thus by doing so the evil would go away. But as fate would have it, the gods plans got ruined as the other gods gained powers far beyond his own.
The old god decided at that time to step down and vanish, promising to return after 200 millenia as a reborn creature of pure destruction to lay waste to the land.”
The woman's face suddenly started to turn paler and paler as she looked at her son. “Now my child, sleep tight, let your worries fall from your shoulders, let your dreams become slumbers… And remember to be good.”
The son looked at his mother worried as he said “Mom… are you okay?... Mommy? MOMMY!?! MOOOOOM!!!” As he stared at her hanging body in the closet, eyes open and mouth agape.
