This is when Showtime was starting to wear diapers again as an adult. Since he became so well trained (at the time, at least), he tried relieving himself in front of a urinal and on the toilet, to get the right mindset. It worked rather well... a little too well, as shown from both panels. Poor toilet... it didn't stand a chance.
