She was originally traded to Devon for a shiny Meditite. She's a formidable fighter, with her kicks known to spin up to 4000 RPM, enough to snap a telephone pole.
Decided to develop some pokemon characters. I don't actually have a Hitmontop, but they're cool, so why not? Also, since she's more anthro, I figured I want to do an anthro rendition similar to one I saw not too long ago.
Also, no f___s were given about her incorrectly sized sweatpants.
