A group of miscellaneous characters who either only got drawn a few times (or once), got left on the cutting room floor, or else got relegated to unimportant status. Though these characters did managed to get their drawings inked and coloured, so yeah. In Nameless Hamster's case, it was because he's got drawn after I'd watched an episode of Hamtaro.

Longtail's name ended up as Silly Longtail's surname, and she's probably got more in common with a kangaroo mouse - with the fluff on her tail and long legs - than a fieldmouse (but you know, surnames and suchlike).
