technicly the punisher doesnt kill every criminal, he targets mostly the worst of the lot, the iredimably evil, his favorite targets especialy include those who are 'untouchable' thru conventional legal chanels mob bosses, political masterminds, things like that...not saying he wont gun down every thug between him and his target and torture the shit out of a lacky or 2 for information...but he doesnt go out of his way to do it.
