Character Description
Rome is the second in command of the Gunport barracks to the north-west of Diegoltun on the road to Olrit. He's a nice guy if a bit reserved and his skill in combat is rather good. He's very sensible and hard-working but he can be too serious sometimes. He can be cocky when showing off but he's a loyal friend and has a strong code of honor.

Personality
Rome likes to play the cocky guy role but to be honest he's more of the straight guy. He's practical and hard-working and rather sensible but he does prefer a night in by the fire reading a book with a class of wine to getting pickled and having a bout. He can be a bit too cautious and serious but he's generally rather clam and cheerful. He's fairly outgoing and he cares a lot about people and he's social enough to be a very helpful friend even where social aspects are concerned. He tries to calm himself during all annoyances but when people pick on Ash he can flip. He's never fearful but he does worry about a lot of things. He's got little to be sad about and he can use that confidence to help others who are depressed. He enjoys fighting a lot and he can often be found practicing his skills. He's Ash'es rock and caters for the skills even she is unaware she lacks and that includes her people skills. A loyal ally he obeys a strict code of honor and treats his enemies respectfully also.
Likes/Dislikes
likes combat, honorable people, people who respect others, talking to his family, spending time with friends, dislikes actual danger, his clothes getting ruined, people who dis his friends and things being a little too exciting.
Background/History
The Light family have many members enlisted in the army and Rome even has other relatives in the Nepam clan. Therefore it seemed natural for him to join the army as his father had done before him and his father etc. Rome turned out to be rather good at it just like his family tend to do and even got promoted to a high position in the Nepam clan. He was stationed out in Olrit for a long time before Ash came along. She had presence and soon she started running the place. However it turned out she wasn't affiliated with the Nepam clan officially and started running the barracks as a fraction group. Rome has been at her side with every decision she made even agreeing to her promoting him. Some may have thought that Ash just chose her friend for the position but Rome is exceptionally skilled as well and right for the job.
Relatives/Family
The Light family live back in Grenwuld. Rome makes messages that are forwarded to them and likewise they make messages that are forwarded back. Both understand that any information that might reveal their identity must be kept secret for security reasons.
World/Setting
The Valhalor world is a mixture between real-world, fantasy and sci-fi settings with the second item being a more dominant factor. There are 8 islands in Valhalor, 5 of which are divided into multiple countries. Many years ago there was a war between the Dozers of Meka Island and the Yovans of South Island, which resulted in Valhalor being divided into 2 warring alliances. Monsterville is a country in South Island that is strongly fantasy themed, though Olrit county in particular is very much modern day. Monsterville is mostly forested and has a European look. It's home to a lot of unusual wildlife and often hazardous kinds. Diegoltun City is the main setting for the Monsterville game which this character is from. The city has a wide range of businesses from shops, craft works and restaurants to offices, entertainment and tourist attractions. There are also several smaller villages around Diegoltun and the city itself is sat next to a much larger city known as Olrit.
Body
he's a salami sandwich with lettuce on pumpernickel bread. No kidding, that's why his skin is brown. He also has white hair and black eyes. He also has a magenta quaff and green dreadlocks at the back.
Clothing
Rome wears a white sweat shirt with magenta cuffs and white sweatpants with green cuffs. He also wears black gloves and shoes.
Accessories
Rome can store items in an inventory inside his body by teleporting them into and out of his hands.
