Just a small creativity excercise I made some weeks ago, the whole idea was to make a simple concept of grass sage or magician, always with the hat, scarf and leafy poncho elements.
I used all the ideas I sketched for these, all came from very minimalistic thumbnails, and ended up with 4 very distinct characters, and I really liked the results, I should make more of these.
