As for the vocals, I'm wanting to say it's Nirvana (and you know which Nirvana I'm referring to! *laughs*), but I'm probably off. :)

Actually, it was Elizabeth Fraser (of Cocteau Twins) who wrote and sang the song for Massive Attack (according to Wikipedia), but it did remind me of (UK) Nirvana-- Oh, well. :) I thought I'd heard the song before. :)
