John is a Dragonite who is a Commander of a space fleet. His fleet stopping by Hiro's town to resupply. Hiro's Guildleader assigns Hiro to show the Dragonite around town in the mean time as a show of good faith. Though, Hiro's personality might come off as a bit rude to most Pokemon.
The Dragonite character behind Hiro does not belong to me. He belongs to a fan back on DA. We had this idea where we would each answer a number of questions asked to and by our main Pokemon Characters. But my schedule prevented from putting aside the time to do that and still does. I told him this and he was a very good sport about it. So I figured I'd do something for him to make amends.
