Hiro arrives at the abandoned tower construction site. And sees that the generals are in a bit of trouble. Though Hiro sees that the generals need help he is hesitant... But why?

Also you guys probably can't see them too well, but in the last panel you can see Derek being held down by the Juggernaut, Katie holding back right arm, and Lavvy about to whack the guy with an iron beam.
