Can I ask a reallllly stupid question....How do you actually save it as an animation? I made something with a few small frames but I can't figure it out. Granted I haven't played around too much with it but I can't figure it out. ;u;

basically u gotta start the new file as an animation, not a regular default canvas. then you make your frames, then go to File/Export Animation/Animated Gif (although in the video he exported as a movie file)

i just wanted to animate something and make key frames. the official tutorial had WAY TOO MUCH information and hard to sort out what was needed for basic animation. that is why i showed the other vid, as it showed just how to do it in less than 3 minutes. Also, i think they just wanted to learn how to export as a GIF :P
