The progression through all but the last frame is very impressive, but that last Dragon is clearly an entirely different entity, and not believable as an older version of the Dragon above. Father or Brother maybe, but not the same Dragon.

I dunno, I can see why it looks like a different dragon because of the shorter muzzle but that may just be because as they age further their head gets bigger while the muzzle stays the same length kinda like one of those long thin balloons used for balloon animals. Either way looks awesome

Take any 5,000 individuals of the same species and race and their Eyes, Nose, Ears, Teeth and other basic features that make their particular race distinct will be in roughly the "Same Place".
It is the more subtle elements, widths, angles, colors, etc that make one individual distinguishable and unique. Those are all of the things that are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT in that last pic. His Jaw is a completely different shape, and his nose/muzzle from between his eyes to his nostrils does not look like it could have once been the same shape as the creature above it at all. Not to mention the absurd underbite. Sorry ... I just don't buy it. Age or Bulking up muscle will never make the face of Paul Rubens suddenly resemble Arnold Schwarzenegger ... Even if their Ears, Eyes, Nose, Teeth and Hair are all in the "Same Place" on their Heads.
